Credit Collection Head (CCH)


Job Descriptions
As financial company, the incumbent will be responsible to manage credit approval and performance of every customer. Maintaining liabilities in branch as our company’s policies and procedures will be your daily activities.


Requirements


S1 from reputable university with minimum GPA 3. Min. 2 years experience as Credit Collection Head (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leaderships to manage and develop subordinates, having a good analytical and critical thinking, and having expertise about credit recommendation. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in West Java.

Sales Head (SAH)

Job Descriptions


The incumbent will be responsible to manage sales function within the branch in accordance with company’s policies and procedures to achieve sales target and enhance our company’s service reputation. Managing sales forces to achieve sales target with excellent service would be the priority.


Requirements


S1 with minimum GPA 3. Min. 2 years experience as Sales Head (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates, ability to create and execute sales strategic plan, great networking and good impact influence. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in Jabodetabek.

Credit Head (CRH)


Job Descriptions



The incumbent will be responsible to manage our branches risk Performa, by creating strategic plan and managing acquisition function. Discussion with Risk Management division to suggest the company’s policies and procedures, responsible for delegated authority that given by company and solving the big problem of acquisition function will be your daily activities.

Requirements

S1 with minimum GPA 3, min. 2 years experience as credit head, strong business sense and financial analysis, having an interest to digging and doing deep analysis, strong leadership, communication skill and literate in English. The incumbent should be able to assign in Jabodetabek.
