Long Term Planning Engineer
Based in Balikpapan
Reporting to Mine Planning Superintendent and Operations manager, this position will be responsible for developing mine model, mine and dumping design, long-term mine scheduling and also providing the plan of engineering development to achieve coal production and quality target in accordance with the capital & operating budgets and also include achieving the goal of “Zero Harm”, HSE&C goals. He/she will also accountable to generate long term mining plans for multiple concessions.
To be considered for this position, the minimum requirements are bachelor degree in Mining engineering, preferably with Pratama certification with at least 5 years experience working as a Mine Planning Engineer in large open cut operations and a competent user of mine planning software systems as well as experience in long term planning, short term planning, scheduling software and costing. You must understand mining technique for multiple thin seam and high rainfall intensity as well as coal quality, blending principles, coal processing, dilution & recovery factors.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to make decisions under pressure, innovation and continuous improvement with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly desirable.

Short Term Planning Engineer
Based in Balikpapan
Reporting to Mine Planning Superintendent and Operations manager, this position will be responsible for developing mine and dumping design, short term mine planning, providing mine planning & scheduling for Haju trial mine to achieve coal production and quality target in accordance with the capital & operating budget as well as assisting in preparation of mine scheduling to achieve the mine production budget. This person also provides reports to Engineering Superintendent and Mine manager as well as ensures compliance of “Zero Harm” HSE&C goals. He/She will be required to go to site on a frequent basis.
